The new academic Session 2022- 23, commencedwith an orientation program for the teachers on Monday, 21/3/22. The aim of this orientation was to equip the teachers with adequate skills for effective class and self management. The orientation program was organized in the auditorium of St Joseph's Convent Higher Secondary, Chittaranjan, under the able Guidance of Fr. S.John who had come all the way from Kolkata to hold this Session and share some of his valuable experiences and knowledge with the teachers. Fr John who has not only served as the Principal of some of the renowned schools of Kolkata,but is also well versed in conducting seminars and orientations. Teacher from both ICSE and CBSE attended this session to gain knowledge regarding innovative teaching techniques to be used in everyday class room teaching. The entire session was motivating, exciting,inspiring and above all informative.
